I've been using Coconut Point Ford QuickLane for the last 7 years since I bought my car and truly have never had any issues. In past visits, I was always given a call when my service was completed and any se 7 years since I bought my car and truly have never had any issues. In past visits, I was always given a call when my service was completed and any service notes were communicated during that phone call or at the time of pick up. In my most recent visit, I was only sent a text and an email letting me know my service was complete. I may be a millennial but when it comes to the service and car of my vehicle, I prefer over the phone or in person communication about my service vs. a text message. Considering the last time I was in, I was told my brakes were wearing and this time nothing was communicated about my brakes, I'm concerned something may have been missed. Don't be afraid to pick up the phone and call your clients! More
