Brought my SD 250 truck in for tire repair. Advisor Steve Larame met me on arrival and started the process. He was polite, very knowledgeable, and very professional. The tire repair was for a nail in the tread of tire. Steve had looked up my truck service information found my Ford Tire care plan and started the repair process. Upon starting the nail removal it was determined the tire could not be repaired. Must be replaced. Steve with his knowledge of the process quickly got necessary photos and other information together, subsequently getting Ford Tire care to authorize a new tire replacement. Coconut Point Ford had a new matching tire in stock. The job was done that day. Steve Larame made happen! He made my Quick Service experience outstanding. Steve is a great professional representative of the Coconut Point Ford Service Department. A job well done. More

Communication was less than ideal. Serviced and repaired what I Needed done. The service report mentioned the check engine light was on.
