Contacted the service department about installing a heated steering wheel i had purchased with my Honda. They informed me they do not install Honda accessories unless purchased from them directly. Then tried to back track and say she needed approval.... No thanks, I will go to Larry H Miller Honda. May be a bit farther to drive but they are not trying to make a buck by asking top dollar for accessories that are shipped from Honda no matter where they are purchased. More
