The worst and most infuriating attempted car buying experience I’ve ever endured. They repeat ad nauseum about how they are a small, family owned boutique dealership. Maybe so, but this place is a clow experience I’ve ever endured. They repeat ad nauseum about how they are a small, family owned boutique dealership. Maybe so, but this place is a clown show. Total amateur hour. They put my friend and I through an endless, excruciating process, going over the same basic information over and over again but being extremely secretive about how much they actually wanted us to pay. It was a two day process (yes, you read that right) to actually get a price out of them, and when we drove an hour on the second day to write the check they had bumped up the price by a thousand dollars and said take it or leave it. To repeat, they let us drive in from out of town to tell us they wanted $1000 more. They could have called, but they let us drive in, so they could pressure us some more. When we noted that we had driven in for nothing, Jeremy sarcastically said “What, do you want gas money?” Awful people who fulfill every stereotype. More

"Very happy customers" On September 20, 2019 I suggested to my wife De that she stop by CDA Honda and take a look at the 2019 Honda CR-V. She reminded me that she thought that she had made up her mind on a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited because her bike would fit in the back. That day I met a young lady that had just got back from riding her bike on her lunch break and she was in the process of putting it into the back of her car. I asked her what kind of a car she had and she said a Honda CR-V and that it fit easily in the back and she proceeded to tell me how much she liked it. So that same day my wife stopped by CDA Honda and fell in love with the Honda CR-V. She came home greatly impressed with her salesman, Caleb, he was very professional and product knowledge was exceptional. I went over on Monday the 23rd and purchased the car. I also found Caleb"s salesmanship, product knowledge, and professionalism exceptional.. More

Coeur D"Alene Honda What a great experience! I started looking 3 months ago knowing I wasn't purchasing until July. Took a test drive and did my homework with Subaru an What a great experience! I started looking 3 months ago knowing I wasn't purchasing until July. Took a test drive and did my homework with Subaru and Toyota. Honda won me over all the way. I love my new Honda Pilot Elite. Johnathan Loudensiager was so much fun to work with. He really knows his stuff. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to answer my questions. What a great sales team they have. They had to find the color I wanted and get it here before the 16th . Well I picked it up today the 6th of July. They jumped threw hoops to get it here Johnathan knew how excited I was to get my new Honda and literally called me the minute he saw it come in. I think he was as excited as I was. It makes me feel good to shop local because I know I will be taken care of. It is nice to meet and be able to talk to the owner. Love the service I received with my 2005 Honda CRV and looking forward to driving my Pilot for may years worry free. Thanks Jonathan and Coeur d"Alene Honda!! More

Whether by phone or in person, there wasn't a single question she couldn't answer with great patience & understanding. We traded in our 2016 for a 2018 CRV in order to have a few extra whistles & bells to some folks, but for us are a "need" due to health issues (ie: auto tail gate). Special Kudos also to Lacey & Kurt in the financial department. They took their time explaining every aspect of our contract with the Honda Dealership. More

Craig took the time to come over and visit with me and help explain what needed to be done. Dealership is clean and employees are friendly. More
