Initially, I wanted another Accord. A friend of mine suggested a CR-V. I contacted Mike and stated my new goal. His professional advice was focused and convincing. Now, I have exactly what I wanted, at a price I could afford. I must also comment about Cd'A Honda's reputation as a model dealership. Being a chatty type, I talked with customers while waiting in the service department wing. Amazing! Not a word of complaint about quality and promptness of service. The quality of service was simply amazing! An emergency light on my Acura RDX indicated a serious engine problem which required immediate attention. The only option was for me to go to Coeur D' An emergency light on my Acura RDX indicated a serious engine problem which required immediate attention. The only option was for me to go to Coeur D'Alene Honda. Within minutes the Assistant Service Manager, Tim Rowe, took charge of the car. After two hours the car was ready. They had performed an engine test and had test-driven the car for 20 miles. No issue was found. The entire job including the engine test was free of charge. Tim Rowe and Sidney, the dealership shuttle driver, are wonderful people. Tim very attentive, competent and friendly. Sidney, attentive and kind. Five stars to Coeur D'Alene Honda!
