I'm giving a 5 star rating based on my recent experience with your service department manager Mike Xavier. I have an 1991 Honda Prelude and was/am experiencing some issues. Although CdA Honda doesn't wo with your service department manager Mike Xavier. I have an 1991 Honda Prelude and was/am experiencing some issues. Although CdA Honda doesn't work on Honda's that old, Mike took the time to visit with me about my Prelude. He didn't have to do this but he did. I feel this speaks highly of his character. I am a firm believer that a company's employees are the ones who make the different and should be recognized. Over the years, I have purchased 5 Honda's. My first was a 1977 Honda Accord from Cd'A Honda. The service department was fantastic then and I'm inclined to believe, with Mike's leadership, it still is. Thank You More
