Chez Haddon was the first sales person we dealt with when we began our journey to purchase an SUV. We had narrowed it down to 5 makes and models. She took the time to really understand our desires and needs in a vehicle and explain each feature on the Hondas that would and wouldn’t suit our needs. It had been 24 yrs since we had purchased a new vehicle and were nervous we would be rushed and taken advantage of. We never felt that from her. After visiting with other sales persons, we knew instantly that none compared to her and she was the only one we would purchase from. After another couple test drives, we chose the Honda pilot, trailsport. When there was not one on the lot that we wanted, she went above and beyond to find one and have it delivered there.
