Our great experience at Coggin BMW. My wife and I were passing by your dealership on our way to Sunrise used trucks. We saw several used trucks in your lot so we stopped to check them ou My wife and I were passing by your dealership on our way to Sunrise used trucks. We saw several used trucks in your lot so we stopped to check them out. Richard Guide came out and greeted us, and I explained to him that they were not in the price range we wanted to stay in, He said that you had many dealerships the you were associated with and if we wanted to come in he would show us on the computer what was available. We went inside and they found a Titan across the street so he went over and brought it back we took it out for a test drive and it was a nice vehicle but still more than I wanted to spend. So we started over With help of his used car manager Manny Miranda, they found an older Toyota Tacoma in Orlando that looked ok and had low mileage. They said if I was interested they could have it there the next day, we agreed and gave them a deposit . True to their word they had it there the next day. The truck ran very good and had a clean car fax , it needed tires and the paint was a little rough. We agreed on a price and I asked them to touch up the paint and give it new tires which they said they would do. I took the truck home that night. Within 1 week they had the new tires in Richard called and said bring it back and they would mount them and paint it. He called several times before I brought it back and asked if we were happy with our purchase which we were.They also provided us with a loaner car so they could complete the promised work. After I returned it for the tires and paint they did a fantastic job matching the paint. They had it completed within the time frame promised. I could not be happier Richard made sure everything was done correctly and on time. We have spoken twice since then and he wanted make sure everything was good which it is. I will some day be back for another used or new vehicle I hope Richard is still there for I will want to deal with him again. I have already recommended your dealership to several friends and will continue to do so. Thank you again for a wonderful used vehicle purchasing experience. Richard is a true asset to your business.
