From the minute we visited the Coggin BMW dealership, both my wife and I felt at ease. At the time we were looking for X7 BMW, it was not ready due to parts in and was not economical to wait Carlos said he would help us to find the right car. It took less than an hour to find 2023 X5 and is beautiful. Carlos exceeded our expectations. The entire process of trade-in and purchase took less than. an hour. We were both so impressed. We had a very good experience overall at Coggin BMW. Our sales person was Sarah Smoak and she was awesome. We highly recommend her. She let us reserve the car with $1,000 deposit which gave us time to research our purchase and decide whether to lease or buy. This was our second recent purchase of a BMW and our experience at Coggin with Sarah was much better than the other dealer that we went to. Sarah explained everything about how the car worked after our purchase. She programmed the car for us and showed us how to use the BMW app. She knows a lot about the cars and the materials and features that are included with the car. She used to be in the service department so her knowledge is top shelf about all aspects of the cars. More

I keep getting letters from them offering me “above market value” for my BMW. The lowball quote they give is about $6,000 less than my car’s true trade in value. Either the dealership is extremely ignorant about used car values or they are lying to me. Evidently, they’ve never heard of the Internet where Edmunds, Kelley Blue Book, etc. make it easy to look up the true value of your car. The offer they consider fair was $11,000. I get notes on the windshield offering me twice that. More
