I would like to share my experience with you and let you know that I think James Pescatore is the Best! I had spoken to him last year sometime and told him that I would be ready to buy a car sometime in J know that I think James Pescatore is the Best! He had sold a BMW to my business partner, Sergei and I thought with that experience, I think I'd like to work with Jimmy. And if you knew my partner, you'd understand what I mean!!! :-) I told him basically what I thought I was looking for and he said no problem he would find it for me. In my search for the perfect car, I also wanted to test drive a mini cooper so I went to the only dealership that had them, in West Palm Beach. To make a very long story short, the salesman that I ended up with there, basically, told me that Saturday was his busiest day and I was wasting his time!!!! I called Jimmy Sunday morning, he called me back right away, he found me a car, we test drove it, negotiated and a week later, I drove the perfect car for me, home! Bought the car on Monday and asked for delivery on Saturday. Sent 3 e-mails to confirm that the car would be ready on Saturday. Arrived Saturday and all sales persons were in a meeting. Client Advisor, Jimmy P, was exceptional in selling my wife her M3. That was a big reason we did not "shop" my purchase of a 760 Li. The only reason I downgraded the overall experience to a 4 was because of the somewhat strongarm attempt to push the extended warrantee and the delay with the trucking company delivering the vehicle to the 4 was because of the somewhat strongarm attempt to push the extended warrantee and the delay with the trucking company delivering the vehicle to the dealership. Other than that, my experience was the best car-buying experience i have ever known. I felt particularly fortunate to deal with salesman Dennis Layman who is the epitome of integrity, reliability, and a sincere desire to understand the customer's needs/desires. He is most accommodating and he makes one feel that they are dealing with a loyal and devoted friend. He sets a new standard in automobile salesmanship. i am confident that anyone who deals with him will be very happy they did so. I assure my comments about Dennis are totally unsolicited. He is not a relative and I never knew him prior to a chance meeting at the dealership. We have not previously been friends but I truly hope that we become friends in the future. I hope your experience at Coggin will be as pleasant as mine. I trust it will be. More
