My F150 was sent over from Subaru to determine the problem. I'm thinking 9 days is a little long to replace a fuel pump & a new battery. I have been a customer at Coggin Ford for at least four leases over the last several years. I have been very impressed with the company overall. I usually go through the initial sales representative and de leases over the last several years. I have been very impressed with the company overall. I usually go through the initial sales representative and deal with the sales management team directly. I find this is better for me as I can reach an agreement much easier than driving to the dealership and spending more time than I want to. This has worked well in the past and I will continue to do so for my next lease in 3 years. Of particular note, I would highlight the professionalism of all of the new car sales managers and also the Finance management teams. I would strongly recommend Coggin Ford for its professionalism and its excellent customer services. I am a retired senior aerospace defense executive and feel that I am the most important person in the building while I am there. I also feel that any other customers would feel the same way. More
