The car sales lady did a great job for the first hour … because there was only 1 financial person there I had to wait … completely understandable what I don’t understand is how I had to wait almost 2 hours because there was only 1 financial person there I had to wait … completely understandable what I don’t understand is how I had to wait almost 2 hours and the financial person didn’t know I was there …… and the car sales lady left to go get an icee … she filled out my forms incorrectly so I never received my metal plate …. Had to pay 60 dollars to get a new one because my plate was lost in the mail because of her “clerical error” More
My F150 was sent over from Subaru to determine the problem. I'm thinking 9 days is a little long to replace a fuel pump & a new battery. But after a few days, Johnny stayed in touch with me on the timeline of getting my truck back. I would bring my truck back here again if they can improve in this area! More
I have been a customer at Coggin Ford for at least four leases over the last several years. I have been very impressed with the company overall. I usually go through the initial sales representative and de leases over the last several years. I have been very impressed with the company overall. I usually go through the initial sales representative and deal with the sales management team directly. I find this is better for me as I can reach an agreement much easier than driving to the dealership and spending more time than I want to. This has worked well in the past and I will continue to do so for my next lease in 3 years. Of particular note, I would highlight the professionalism of all of the new car sales managers and also the Finance management teams. I would strongly recommend Coggin Ford for its professionalism and its excellent customer services. I am a retired senior aerospace defense executive and feel that I am the most important person in the building while I am there. I also feel that any other customers would feel the same way. More

My Ford T350 cargo van transmission was not fixed in the 40k mile full service. The dealership technical specialist asked me to come back at 50k miles.
