My daughter went to the service dept because the brakes were faulty on her 2024 bronco. They sent her home in an uber said they were out of loaners. This has been the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I’ve bought vehicles from many different dealerships before, and I have never had this many problems, especially within just one month of owners had. I’ve bought vehicles from many different dealerships before, and I have never had this many problems, especially within just one month of ownership. The car was sold to me in poor condition. The windows do not work, the belt is faulty, and shortly after purchase I was told the vehicle needed major services that clearly should have been done before it was sold. These include a coolant flush, brake fluid exchange, complete fuel system service, and rear differential service. On top of that, I was charged to fix these issues even though I had only owned the car for a month. How do you sell a car without properly servicing it and then expect the customer to pay for problems that already existed? This shows a serious lack of honesty and responsibility. I trusted this dealership to sell me a reliable vehicle, and instead I was left dealing with multiple mechanical and electrical issues almost immediately. This is by far the worst dealership experience I have ever had. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
