Used car buying experiance. I recently purchased a used pick up truck from this dealer. I placed a deposit over the phone with the sales person who was helping me who was very ni I recently purchased a used pick up truck from this dealer. How ever the rest of the staff was rather unfriendly and a bit unprofessional. there was a lot of miscommunication among them selves and and i just felt like another dollar amount to them. Thankfully the vehicle i purchased was the best part of the experience as i am very happy with it. I wasn't offered any thanks for my time and patience as it took almost 4 hours to do paperwork and who knows what else from printers not works to being on there time line. All in all i think they could dramatically improve they internal process and give customers a beater experience weather they are buying a 50,000 new car or a 10,000 used vehicle. More
