Worst experience of my life and I am currently still dealing with them 40 days laters. They messed up all my paperwork and lost my down payments and treated me like I will illegal immigrant. They sold us a truck that had issues 1 hour after driving off with it. Then it sat in and out of their shop for over a month. No one reached out to us. They did not give us our car back to drive until the car sold us was fixed. Very sad situation. They still gave not financed our truck. Please be aware that you have no way to prove yourself to crooked people. More

Used car buying experiance. I recently purchased a used pick up truck from this dealer. I placed a deposit over the phone with the sales person who was helping me who was very ni I recently purchased a used pick up truck from this dealer. I placed a deposit over the phone with the sales person who was helping me who was very nice and attentive. How ever the rest of the staff was rather unfriendly and a bit unprofessional. there was a lot of miscommunication among them selves and and i just felt like another dollar amount to them. Thankfully the vehicle i purchased was the best part of the experience as i am very happy with it. I wasn't offered any thanks for my time and patience as it took almost 4 hours to do paperwork and who knows what else from printers not works to being on there time line. All in all i think they could dramatically improve they internal process and give customers a beater experience weather they are buying a 50,000 new car or a 10,000 used vehicle. More

Came in to Coggin Ford in Jax for my F-150’s first oil change. Rob told me that the crew would be done in about an hour, so I waited in their lounge. I received two progress reports via text while I waite change. Rob told me that the crew would be done in about an hour, so I waited in their lounge.
