Unacceptable service The place was like a zoo. I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation which was to include a car wash which once again was not done and took The place was like a zoo. I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation which was to include a car wash which once again was not done and took over two hours. I had signed up online and was supposed to be getting the $29.95 special but when I got ready to finally check out, they tried to charge me over $50.00. I did get the bill reduced by $10.00. It is totally unacceptable when I had an appointment to have to wait this long. More

Engine oil leak after oil change at 10K.. 2018 Explorer. Oil changed at 17k. Minor oil leak still exists. Tech did not reset oil life system. Oil leak appears to be at filter housing or oil pan plug. Go to Duval Ford instead. Repeatedly overcharged for very poor service. When I pointed out that I was being charged more than the advertised rate the response was "We're stil Repeatedly overcharged for very poor service. When I pointed out that I was being charged more than the advertised rate the response was "We're still cheaper than most." This happened twice for the same job after it had to be redone. You still have to charge what you advertise. Go to Duval Ford instead. It's a drive but they're honest and appreciative. More
