I have been a customer at Coggin Ford for at least four leases over the last several years. I have been very impressed with the company overall. I usually go through the initial sales representative and de leases over the last several years. I have been very impressed with the company overall. I usually go through the initial sales representative and deal with the sales management team directly. I find this is better for me as I can reach an agreement much easier than driving to the dealership and spending more time than I want to. This has worked well in the past and I will continue to do so for my next lease in 3 years. Of particular note, I would highlight the professionalism of all of the new car sales managers and also the Finance management teams. I would strongly recommend Coggin Ford for its professionalism and its excellent customer services. I am a retired senior aerospace defense executive and feel that I am the most important person in the building while I am there. I also feel that any other customers would feel the same way. More

My Ford T350 cargo van transmission was not fixed in the 40k mile full service. The dealership technical specialist asked me to come back at 50k miles. I worked with Andrew at Coggins Ford on the purchase of a Mustang and a Ford Ranger truck. While most sales people 'hold their cards close" trying to make the best deal for the dealership, Andrew was straig Mustang and a Ford Ranger truck. While most sales people 'hold their cards close" trying to make the best deal for the dealership, Andrew was straight forward in his approach and was transparent about the sale, help me understand my usage of the car and truck, and what I should and should not get in order to fit missions with the vehicles without overpaying for things I would not need. When I am ready for my next vehicle, I will go back to Coggins again first. As I really value transparency and not a fan of Sales people who don't give direct answers, and instead as me questions to deflect. I would recommend Coggins Ford and Andrew for others who don't enjoy the sales person hassle at car dealerships, and instead value transparency and direct answers:) More
