Had a appointment set up for my deck lid to be replaced. For me to get there on my day off my service writer to tell me they have to order the part then send me to the collision center for them to have no t For me to get there on my day off my service writer to tell me they have to order the part then send me to the collision center for them to have no techs and pretty much closed for the day. Had to wait almost 20 minutes for them to figure out if I was even covered. I left and told thrm to call me when they figure it out. Then my service writer called a few hours later and wanted me to drive back out there so they could take pictures of the part that needed replaced under warranty. Not impressed at all.... More

Personnel, actual repairs, car history records, & cost were al I purchased my 2014 Ford Flex & have had all check-ups and repairs done at Coggin Ford. Personnel, actual repairs, car history records, & cost were all appropriate this time. However, my car was towed in without me and it just sat for 3 work days. Other than being notified that Coggin received my car on the 1st day, I received no up-dates or status reports even after I called or texted them. This is REAL BAD for a business relationship! I'm a senior citizen & a caretaker. My eldest daughter had to go into the dealership on the 4th workday before service began. More
