I recently brought my mustang in for service and an ongoing issue with my Sync satellite antennae. Ken Thompson is great. He kept me informed along the way as he learned things, set up an appointment ongoing issue with my Sync satellite antennae. Ken Thompson is great. He kept me informed along the way as he learned things, set up an appointment to fix the satellite only when it was necessary so I was only in a loaner car for a day, which is great because I love my convertible mustang! I will always be selecting Ken as my service agent in the future! 5 stars!! More

Full Disclosure We are pleased with the representatives involved in our selection and customer appreciation. Our only issue was not getting full discloser until after sale was completed. After the completion of signing all documents and then proceeding to vehicle, we were given one remote key. Sales identified there was only one. In view of the cost involved in procuring a second remote this should have been part of the full disclosure of vehicle in the negotiating/selling process. Hence, this is UNSAT and disconcerting. We did however follow up on this issue. And it was acknowledged that it should have been,The Sales rep then commenced to rectify by ordering another remote at no cost to us. Two weeks later we received the second remote. More
Great customer service Our vehicle had been repaired by a fellow Ford dealership in Savannah but didn't make it back to Jax before it experienced some of the same issues tha Our vehicle had been repaired by a fellow Ford dealership in Savannah but didn't make it back to Jax before it experienced some of the same issues that were to have been repaired along with several items that weren't brought to our attention. We were actually charged for a service that isn't valid, Natasha and her team are helping us get this erroneous charge removed. We needed our truck repaired quickly to return to service and Coggin Ford did as they promised and we were back on the road in a few days. More

I will start off by saying eventually, Coggin Ford did the right thing. I have a Ford 2017 explorer with a terrible smell coming from the AC. The car was under bumper to bumper warranty. They dodged my the right thing. I have a Ford 2017 explorer with a terrible smell coming from the AC. The car was under bumper to bumper warranty. They dodged my calls, emails, and Facebook messages. So I went in person to demand they work with me. (This was over several weeks of attempting to contact them and about a year from the onset of problem). I had to fight hard to get the service that should have been covered with ease. They completed the work, we will see if it resolves the problem. If they would just have communicated with me, it would have been a much better experience. The only person that would actually pick up the phone and talk to me was Robert. We even emailed the management team and Facebook message for weeks without a return call. The general manager didn’t return messages. They really need to work on the customer service experience. More
