The tires that came with the vehicle developed a problem when one of the had developed week belts and caused the tire to act as if there was a bulge with a sound to match. Why was the manufacturer not held responsible for a bad tire and why did the tires ware down after only 35,000 miles. Af fir the new tires, I purchased 4 news tires but was charged for alignment which is the third time since purchase in August 2017 that an alignment was needed. There was no discussion about warranty on the tires or road hazard warranty. In addition there was a charge called “miscellaneous charges” that’s was not explained. I think when a vehicle requires wheel alignment 3 times within 2 years that that would raise a few red flags. I also think when a tire that came with the vehicle went bad before it’s expected end of life that that should have been questioned and the manufacture notified. More
service appt I made a service appt by phone. When I arrived at confirmed appt time I was informed that my problem could not be diagnosed for 48 hours due to too ma I made a service appt by phone. Loaner cars no longer available and that rental cars were limited to four days which started when car was dropped off hence 2 days were expended before car was diagnosed. Rob was very nice and informative. It took seventeen days to install a short block. Rental car was taken care of. More
I've been coming to Coggin Ford since 2012 when I moved to Jacksonville and haven't been disappointed since. I get great service that I never have to question, the staff is courteous and the lobby is alway to Jacksonville and haven't been disappointed since. I get great service that I never have to question, the staff is courteous and the lobby is always clean. I traded in and bought a new vehicle with Chris on the Sales Team. He was personable and i felt comfortable with him right away. Especially since he's a Bulldog fan too. I bought new tires with Kevin in Parts. He was so kind and knowledgeable of tires. Didn't try to oversell me, but gave me better options than what i thought i wanted. I often choose Ken Thompson as my service advisor when he has openings because he works so hard to make sure my car gets quality service. He communicates with me timely and keeps me informed on any issues that could arise or recalls (if any). I'll always be a customer there for as long as I'm here. More

Took my truck in for a new battery because it was under warranty at Ford. One hour later my truck is still in the over hang of the service department running. Do not trust their services department. I took a vehicle there and requested to perform a Ford services bulletin witch is to reprogram the ECM ( engine control module) and they want to cha I took a vehicle there and requested to perform a Ford services bulletin witch is to reprogram the ECM ( engine control module) and they want to charge me $500 for new spark plugs and oxygen sensor when I already replaced the day before I drop off the vehicle. Them they told me the mechanic said that base on the vehicle miles. That mean they never reprogram or even check the vehicle. I spoke with the services manager and he's response was, if the mechanic said you need the parts I believe in him. How you're going to believe in someone that don't diagnose or even perform what customer requested to begin with. Take you cars to shop. More
