Lack customer service in the service department 12 o’clock appointment to wait. Got the truck in a little before 1. SA never introduced himself just name and issues. Glovebox was replaced, window is 12 o’clock appointment to wait. Got the truck in a little before 1. SA never introduced himself just name and issues. Glovebox was replaced, window issue needed a part and told me to take the seat issue to the guy that put leather in that Coggin’s took it to and I paid Coggin’s. Then ask when I wanted to bring it back. The window issue was brought to the attention of the sales perso at time of purchase. Bad CS! More

Quick and Easy Oil Change I took my wife's Ford Escape in for an oil change yesterday. This is the second time I have brought the vehicle to Coggin Ford.
