No Service I called and made a appointment for my 2006 Lincoln Mark LT truck for Saturday October 12, 2019 at 7:30 am. Dropped off the truck at 7:15 am Saturday I called and made a appointment for my 2006 Lincoln Mark LT truck for Saturday October 12, 2019 at 7:30 am. Dropped off the truck at 7:15 am Saturday with Gamble Pitts in the Service Department. I received a text from Gamble about 15 or 20 minutes later with his contact # and that he could be reached by text also. Did not hear anything more all morning. At 12 PM I started calling Gamble phone #. No answer, went straight to answering machine every time. I left a message for him to call. I left Text messages to call me. I called the Service department. No answer. My wife started calling and finally around 1:45 or 2 PM she was able to get the operator to pick up. The operator was able to get Gamble in the service department. He said that nothing had been done on the truck, but it was in the clue to be worked on, but they were closing at 3 PM. He told her that we could leave it there until Monday to be worked on. I called back and told him to have my truck ready. Went by the service department about 2:45 PM and Gamble said he was were sorry but things got real busy and that he had 7 other customers that was not serviced also. So I can not comment on your service because I didn't receive any. No one bothered to make time to call me to say that they could not service my truck or if I wanted to leave it over the weekend. I had to call and call and call. I have had service on my mustang in the past and they did at least call me if any problems or could not get to it that day. I can comment on "No Communication" from the service department representatives. More
No communication I was disappointed with communication. Instead of getting updates I had to text the service advisor and get one line answers. I had to dig to get information, which is very unprofessional. Also when you're car breakdown due to a recall, you are billed for the loaner car. Not good business at all. Last time I will go there. He presented himself as not caring at all about my problems with my rv. He had a take it or leave it attitude. Before I retired, I owned six automotive repair shops in five cities. If i had knowledge of a person with this type of attitude, he would not have been working for me for long. I would not return if I had to deal with him again. Maybe other people would not return either. More

Love my Platinum Explorer! Explorer is great and I'm having fun driving it! Buying the SUV at Coggin was a great experience. Kevin did a great job getting me the discounts I qualified for and Darlene in finance got me through the paperwork with great professionalism very quickly - I even received a nice car-care kit in the end. I will probably have some questions as time goes by as the NAV Display does so many things! I really like the dashboard where you can place the data where you want.
