$29.95 Service Package (Starting?) The package was supposed to be worth $124. Had an appt for 8am. The package included (synthetic oil, tire rotation, multi pt inspection and car wash). Right off the start, the advisor told me that the car wash was not worth it (website listed it as worth $20), he "wouldn't use it on his own car". So I said skip the car wash, thinking I would save some time. I waited in the lounge for my car (lounge was spacious, snacks was provided and it's clean). 2 hrs later my car was ready and presented with a bill for $86.20 (including tax) after $10 off. I have a 2018 Focus RS, which needed 5W50 oil. A notice would have been most appreciated at the beginning. My car is a Ford, it's a Ford dealership. Knowing your cars would help "advising" your customers. Thanks. More

Extremely disappointed in Ford I purchased my 2014 Ford F150 Limited thinking this would be my last truck for a long time and much to my dismay I may have to look at alternative bra I purchased my 2014 Ford F150 Limited thinking this would be my last truck for a long time and much to my dismay I may have to look at alternative brands. To have a truck that cost $57,000.00 start falling apart at 75,000 miles is extremely disappointing I will weigh my options but at this point in time I will be telling a lot of people about the fact that not only is my truck falling apart but my nephews Ford F150 is a well and he has only a little over 50,000 miles on his truck I was a Chevy guy all my life until the Government screwed the bond holders in the bailout years ago. I decided to give ford a chance and this is my second truck from Ford but I also started having issues at the end of my last F150 (77,0000 miles) with it as they are unfolding now with my 2014 F150 Limited - so sad that no one seems to build a quality product anymore I know nothing will come of this but had to send to you my feelings Thank you for your attention in this matter Theron Moss More
Friendly salesman, slow business process. Set up the truck I wanted to look at ahead of time. It was ready soon after I arrived. Salesman, Dustin, was very friendly and helpful . . . didn't try to push too hard on selling the used truck, but informative as to its features. Once we decided to buy the truck, the process slowed down in an excruciating way. It took longer to close the deal and get the truck ready than it did for me to drive from Tallahassee (2.5 hours) -- and we didn't finance the sale. A number of employees said it was due to a large sales event going on at another location, but it felt to me that I was put on back burner since the deal was "done" and they focused on other customers and/or forgot who was supposed to be doing what to keep us moving along. Very, very frustrating. Staff were pleasant, but not getting the job done. Darline, finance manager, tried to make up for lost time and was very personable. More
