Great Service and Follow Up I recently changed Ford dealerships in Jacksonville after 20 years. The service manager I had used over the years retired. Rob Spiewak was my advisor. He greeted me very enthusiastically and took my truck in for service. He was very professional and offered me a ride via Lyft to the airport. I was shocked. He followed up that day to give the status of my vehicle. When I picked it up, he treated me professionally and answered all my questions. I now have a new Ford location to call home!!! More

Since they are the ones that have checked it and rotated the tires I should have been told the pads needed to be replaced before they caused problems with the rotors causing a lot more expensive repair. Car broke down My car broke down right before the hurricane that was suppose to hit and due to that they were behind. I got it towed to them on a Friday afternoon, t My car broke down right before the hurricane that was suppose to hit and due to that they were behind. I got it towed to them on a Friday afternoon, they called when it got there and told me it may not be until Tuesday that they look at it but he would call Monday and let me know. When he called Monday I was given great news that my car was ready for pick up. They were very nice and answered all the questions I had. I would recommend going to this dealership 100%. All I can say is thank you for everything! More
