After I set the appointment, she had the vehicle ready for a test drive...an obvious plus. She was knowledgeable about the products and programs, and communicated with us without high pressure at all. She is a potential star! The only negative...I set the appointment through Autotrader. That prompted a storm of confirmations from multiple people at a remote call center. I got texts, emails, and phone calls all indicating my appointment was with a different person. Ultimately, though, it was easily resolved...but five confirmations in 12 hours really isn't necessary. More
