Then the service man made a snide remark about people from Tennessee of witch I am. I my wife did not have another car she would have another way to work. We had cash, trade-in, high credit and Hernan was soooo negative and could not have cared less about selling us anything. We are glad he was so disinterested as Arlington Toyota put us in our dream truck the next day..brand new, exactly what we were looking for and for less money to boot. Don't waste your time here..head to Arlington Toyota they have a ton of vehicles and could not have been nicer! More
