Service & purchase new customer I went for first time to have truck serviced and purchased all weather mats. They were to install the mats, when I picked up truck box of mats were i I went for first time to have truck serviced and purchased all weather mats. They were to install the mats, when I picked up truck box of mats were in the backseat. They didn’t wash the vehicle after the service. Rotated tires and didn’t mention a cut in side wall of one tire that I knew was there. So they didn’t even notice. However the shuttle service is through Lyft and worked great. Not sure if I will go back or not. More

I told him I was there to purchase a specific Escape for It's on-line sales price. He was aware f what I wanted and told me he would do everything in his power to make it happen for the price I was expecting. He even got me an additional $1000 military discount I was not expecting.
