New car first service When I arrived for my appointment I had to wait 10 minutes before I was helped. Once I was helped I was told that I would have to wait between an hour When I arrived for my appointment I had to wait 10 minutes before I was helped. Once I was helped I was told that I would have to wait between an hour and an hour and a 1/2. The actual time was almost 2 hours. I asked about getting the car washed and was told it would just be a drive-through car wash. Where I purchased the truck I was told it would get washed and vacuumed and windows done. However Ciggin does not provide this service. When my car was turned over to me it had not been washed. The service rep who helped me was very kind and courteous. It was not in his control about the length of time it took me to wait. Perhaps it took so long because there were so many appointments scheduled at the same tim. I wouldn't imagine a tire rotation and an oil change should take an hour and a 1/2 or even almost 2 hours. More

Zero minus one I rated this a one star because there was no zero. This whole fiasco began on march 7th. I dropped my car off for inspection because of the check engi I rated this a one star because there was no zero. This whole fiasco began on march 7th. I dropped my car off for inspection because of the check engine light and trouble accelerating. I was told it would be a two day repair which I authorized 1,500. I was offered a rental at their expense (which ended up totaling 450...originally presumed $60) which i opted to carry additional insurance (which ended up totaling 350...originally presumed $50). To make a long story short, 15 days later and more than $2,277 in billing after almost daily calls to the dealership regarding total price of repairs and NO RESPONSE AND VERY POOR BUSINESS ETIQUETTE, I was told it was my responsibility because they did not have the right parts and their employee was out sick. I will NEVER utilize this service center again and I will continue to tell everyone I know about the total unprofessional service received at Coggin Ford, Atlantive Blvd., Jacksonville, Florida. More

While there was a problem with the Ford factory and I was on the verge of switching to another make of truck Kevin came through and I got a better truck than I had ordered at the most awesome price.
