The service area was at best total bedlam due to the renovations going on. Rob arranged a loaner vehicle immediately, because of the time needed to retrieve the high performance tires. I was impressed with his calm under pressure demeanor in the working environment caused by the renovations going on. I will be back next time I need service, hopefully after the renovations are completed. More

Keep a customer on hold for 30 minutes. I called Coggin about an issue I was having again with the driver side door sticking when you opened it. They keep me on hold for 30 minutes and said I called Coggin about an issue I was having again with the driver side door sticking when you opened it. They keep me on hold for 30 minutes and said that I needed to speak to the body shop. He puts me on hold for another 10 minutes and I finally called back to the body shop direct. Because the car is still under warranty the person at the body shop said that I needed to run it threw Coggin lack of service center. I had my car in for warranty work about eight months ago and out of the six small items that needed to be taken care of only 2 items remain fixed. At this point I will stop doing business with this dealership. I'm a Ford man and will continue to buy Fords but not from this dealership. More
