Upon our arrival at the dealership we met with Andrew, who had responded to my internet email through CarFax. We had a dollar amount that we would not exceed, and he and the sales manager were great to work with on the price until we reached a mutual agreement. The finance department was quick and efficient and we had all the paperwork done in no time. This is our third time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and we would return in the future if we are ever in the market for another Ford! More

Very Poor Service Area, Ignore Customer, Rude Sales Person I attempted to have warranty work done at this dealership. I purchased this 2018 Ford Escape SEL at this dealership and also purchased the extended wa I attempted to have warranty work done at this dealership. I purchased this 2018 Ford Escape SEL at this dealership and also purchased the extended warranty in March 2018. I have had warranty on the car once before. A part that surrounds the rear view mirror fell off while I was driving on the interstate. The tech glued it back on and two days later is fell off again. i put some silicon on it myself. On 06/23/2018 I took the car for warranty work for the collision detector and the auto dim on the screen. Both were not working or appear to be. I wanted them check out. I booked the appointment on line. I realized on the day that I took the car to the dealership that this was a mistake. The service area has not changed it's layout in over 20 years. The service area was way over book. One of the service manager said they had 55 service appointments and close at 3 P.M. My appointment was at 12:00 and I arrived early. I was ignored for over 10 minutes before someone behind the counter asked if I was there to check in. I stood there for another 10 minutes being ignored by all the service managers. I then left and went inside the dealership and then one of the manager's or a salesman asked me if I could help and then the "in your face" attitude started by this person. I finally just left. I can not the rudeness. I ended up contacting another Duval Ford for service. More
