General Sales Managers Commitment to Customer Service When I came to Coggin Ford, I was experienced the typical hassles and pushy nature that I've experienced in the past when shopping for a vehicle. The When I came to Coggin Ford, I was experienced the typical hassles and pushy nature that I've experienced in the past when shopping for a vehicle. The dealership did not have the vehicle that I was looking for, however they found the perfect vehicle in Tampa. He told me that they were going to get the vehicle from Tampa, but I needed to give them a down payment to hold the vehicle upon arrival. I told the salesman that we were going to eat dinner and talk about it. Belal Shaban,the salesman, I was working disregarded the need for me to talk to my husband prior to making a commitment. He attempted to pressure me to stay at the dealership and discuss it in the “lounge” with my husband. Over the next couple of days, Belal questioned why I would not settle for a lower trade in allowance and pretty much anything I said over and over again. I decided that I had enough… Thanked him for his time and told him that I was going to continue looking elsewhere. That evening Kevin Coulombe, the General Sales Manager called me. He was appalled when I told him what had happened, as they strive for a “pressure free” environment. He told me that he wanted to make things right and if I wanted to look at the car when it arrived I could work directly with him… Which I agree to. From that point forward I worked directly with Kevin Coulombe. He took the time to sit down with me and work with me on the trade in allowance for my Audi. He went through the vehicle with me and addressed all of the concerns that I had with the vehicle, without question Throughout this process he was very respectful and did not pressure me to purchase the vehicle. Due to Kevin C.’s commitment to provide superior customer service he was able rectify a situation that made me very uncomfortable. Due to this Kevin C. have earned my respect and future business. Kevin C. at Coggin Ford was focused on the ensuring that I had a positive pressure free customer experience. I cannot thank the Kevin C. enough for his commitment throughout my car buying process.
