He set me up with Mr. Zachary Morgan, which he found out what I was looking for in a Ford Fusion SE. He was very knowledgeable and carefully explained and demonstrated the many, many amenities. I felt welcomed and loved. I was very comfortable and found the vehicle I wanted for future purchase in August. More

I am writing this for my mother (is in her 70's) For all the help and how she was treated when she took her Mercury Mountainer in for repairs rec I am writing this for my mother (is in her 70's) For all the help and how she was treated when she took her Mercury Mountainer in for repairs recently. She had been given a repair estimate from another dealer which I felt was overly expensive, so I recommended she take it here for a 2nd opinion. She was met by Ken Thompson, who was great. He had his tech Mark Green check the items from the other dealership and verify the problem. After getting her okay to proceed, he replaced the worn parts including an extra item they missed and repaired her side mirror for less than previously quoted. The care and service she received was excellent and she was back to driving sooner than expected with the piece of mind knowing it was safe to drive again. I am a stickler for excellent customerservice, moreover, customer service is not a department it's everyone's job. Although, she's not assigned to the service department, she pitched-in to get the completion and delivery of getting my vehicle. She carries an outstanding swagger in customer relations. Customer Service is Poor I received a recall notification that indicated a quick-fix problem with my mother's car. I called and talked to someone in Service. He couldn't tel I received a recall notification that indicated a quick-fix problem with my mother's car. I called and talked to someone in Service. He couldn't tell me how long the repair would take (I gave him the code on the notice) but said he would check and get back to me. Two days later no return call so I called again. I was told the same thing, but this time is was " someone will get back to you right away". That was 6 days ago and still no call. In the past when this occurred with my car at another Ford dealership I was told how long the repair would take without asking and I therefore could plan the repair. Coggin Ford doesn't seemed the least bit concerned with customer service. I will remember this when I purchase my next car. More

Josh was genuinely interested in helping us out I was car shopping for my 16 year old son. After losing everything I own over the last two years I knew purchasing a vehicle was going to be tough. I I was car shopping for my 16 year old son. After losing everything I own over the last two years I knew purchasing a vehicle was going to be tough. I didn't realize how tough until buy here pay here dealerships that advertise everyone rides wouldn't spend more time with me than it took to pull my credit and show me door. Even though I had very low expectations of being able to purchase a car or to be treated better than a piece of dirt like 5 or 6 other dealerships the previous couple of days treated me, Josh actually took time to help us out and to meet our needs. Due to my spectacular credit score ( it was in the upper 510's..515 to be exact we had to come back the next day to finalize everything. I had 3 repo's in the last two years and was expecting it to take a while, yet we were still out of the dealership in approximately two hours. Josh took hours out of his Friday and Saturday to make sure my son was able to get a car even though for most of that time he could not have reasonably expected to get any sort of sale. It was refreshing, the service was outstanding and I will not buy a car anywhere else as long as I live in Jacksonville. More
