Best Customer Service and dealership! I've drove various dodge vehicles in the past 6 years and I finally decided to switch to a Ford with my recent visit. This dealership had the most friendly atmosphere and people willing to do help you find exactly what you want at your budget without trying to sell you something you don't want.. I wanted a fusion and they didn't try to sell me a fiesta. Ha! Very thankful for all the help I received from everyone including the manager, finance, sales floor. Patrick & Josh were my sales men and they made the deal happen even when I didn't think I would be able to. Every employee personally thanked me and stayed late to help me have a great buying experience. I'm very thankful for dealerships who care about their customers! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and answered any questions that I would have had before I even had the chance to ask them and above all else he was extremely easy to communicate with and very friendly. I was also trading in a vehicle for which they made the process absolutely painless. My finance associate then proceeded to being able to save me $130/month by having me put only $200 more down than what I had planned on. On top of that, they also got me 0% interest on the new vehicle. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to anyone and everyone that I know. I could not be more happy with this company and its amazing staff. More

First we had issues setting up our routine maintenance. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. They didn't rotate the tires and had to take it back in to complete it. Another her lady sitting near me had been there over 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. Steering wheel was all readjusted, and mirror pointing straight down. NEVER GOING BACK, Wish it was Mike Davidson again. Service then was excellent More

I knew what I wanted prior to going to Coggin and Avis asked all of the right questions to get me into a vehicle that met my needs, with a price to fit my budget. Extremely courteous, engaged, and friendly is how I described the interaction. Avis gave me the undivided attention that I expected and exceeded all of my expectations. He followed up the following day to make sure that my new vehicle met my needs and to let me know that if there was anything the I needed I was to contact him directly. "I am not a car salesman, I'm a customer care consultant" was one of his earliest and most memorable statements to me.
