Bad Experience turns out GOOD 12-2-2014 Had a rather bad experience with the service department this morning....the details of which are not important.... what is important is tha 12-2-2014 Had a rather bad experience with the service department this morning....the details of which are not important.... what is important is that I spoke to the Service Manager Boyd Zimmer... he could not have been more professional and was very sensitive to my problem. In less than an hour he fixed my issue and turn a bad experience into a good experience. I learned a long time ago...when someone does something good to you...you will tell 100 other people...but if someone does something bad to you...you will tell 200 people. I hope who ever reads this will be one of the 100 people that i get to tell that Boyd Zimmer is a real pro who cares about his customers. Thanks Boyd. DEP More
Two Day extensive AC repair done as Professionally as can be I recently have had my car at Mike Davidson Service a good bit over the past couple of months. My AC ended up needing two new actuators so the air is directed properly through the vents. I wanted to say that "A. F. Dixon" service manager is probably the hardest working manager here and he always is so nice to me and seems to understand me as a customer. I asked him to hook me up with a mechanic that would respect my mustang for this repair which was expensive. He got a Technician named "Justin" to do the job. I was able to talk to Justin and he was the nicest mechanic you would want touching your vehicle. He busted his butt on my car for two days and really I am more grateful than he could imagine. My AC and Heat are working Correctly now. Both of these men made me feel like the amount of money I spent was completely worth it. So in conclusion I hope that they both are recognized for their hard core effort in making sure my car was fixed thoroughly and that I was happy. Thank you More

I was working on a strict budget, had a vehicle in mind, and they delivered big time. Brandon Stanton made me feel like the only customer in Jax, delivered an excellent vehicle with more features than expected, at a price significantly under my budget, and provided a better value than the other dealerships. He even drove 45 minutes out of his way to pick up the title to the car I ended up trading in. Their location is not even remotely convenient to my residence, but that will not stop me from driving to them for service, and they will be my first stop when we are ready for our next new vehicle. More

I had called about a car I saw online and he took the time out of his day to talk with me, send me pictures, and take a short video of the car just to help me decide if I wanted to drive across town to see it. Storm was patient with all of my questions over text and made an appointment that fit my schedule for the next day. Upon arrival the car was waiting for me to look at and drive. He was honest and it was exactly as he had said, it was literally sold within minutes. I would recommend him and Mike Davidson Ford to anyone I knew looking for a new car, and I have. Whether looking for pre-owned or new, Ford or a different make I would tell anyone I knew that it is worth the drive to Arlington to go look there first! The "Good Guys". I walked into Mike Davidson Ford and was quickly and warmly greeted by Sales Consultant, Storm Timson. I told him I was interested in looking at a wh I walked into Mike Davidson Ford and was quickly and warmly greeted by Sales Consultant, Storm Timson. I told him I was interested in looking at a white Escape. He told me to wait inside where it was cool and then he drove it to the door. After an overview of the car, I test drove it. Once we returned, I explained that I was deciding between the Escape and a Honda CR-V and that I would try to return later with my husband. Within a few minutes of my departure, I received an e-mail from him with info. and photos of the Escape. My husband and I arrived at 8pm and Storm and some other associates were leaving as it was closing time. But, when he saw us he quickly gave us his full attention and showed us the floor model. He was very willing to spend time with us, but we said we would just look around the lot and return the next day. The following morning he sent us information comparing the Honda with the Escape and called us. His follow-up was excellent without being pushy. On our test drive, he encouraged us to go on the expressway to see the performance of a 1.6L. It was quiet and smooth with good acceleration. My husband did not think it was necessary to go test drive the Honda and we proceeded with the sales transaction. We dealt with Alex Serrano and David Betancourt and they too were professional and friendly. While we were doing the paperwork, Storm made sure the car was clean and shiny. He has gone the extra mile on everything so far and even called this morning to make sure all is well and to thank us for our business. Storm is a good listener, accommodating and very knowledgeable about the product. He was patient in answering our questions. Throughout the process, Storm was top-notch and is definitely one of the "Good Guys" at Mike Davidson Ford! We have purchased two cars and our son has purchased two trucks at this dealership and we'll continue giving our business. Thanks to all! More
