Ford Mustang purchase from Storm Timson I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Mustang from Mike Davidson Ford on Atlantic Blvd in Jacksonville, Florida. I am extremely pleased with my new vehicl I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Mustang from Mike Davidson Ford on Atlantic Blvd in Jacksonville, Florida. I am extremely pleased with my new vehicle, it is a tryly beautiful car and has already gotten me many compliments from my neighbors. My salesman was Storm Timson. Mr Timson handled the transaction in a very courteous and professional manner. Mr Timson never pressured me to make the purchase and I found him to be a very pleasant young man who was both knowledgable and friendly. He explained all the functions of my new car and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable during the transaction process. I was able to negotiate the selling price with the sales manager and Mike Davidson Ford gave me a great price. They were also courteous with me when I played a little "hard ball" during the negotiations. In conclusion, I gave Mike Davidson Ford and saleman Storm Timson the highest recommendations and I will certainly buy there again a few years down the road. More

He worked with me in order to pick out the best fit for me and my budget. Tobey, his partner, was also a great help when Anthony was not around or helping another customer. Both guys work great together and I highly recommend these two to help you make the right purchase. Both guys were straight up when it came to the sells pitch. There was no forcing me to make a purchase as soon as possible and even though I was a bit of a hassle, being a first time buyer, they both were patient and helped me 100% along the way. More

Storm was the best! First, let me just say, Storm and Alex were the best! I am usually perturbed in dealing with people in automotive sales, despite my love for cars. However, my dealings with Storm were very relaxed, and I think we both left very happy. It really felt like I was dealing with one of my friends. First off, he was very easy going, and never made me feel pressured to buy. He seemed way more interested in having me enjoy my time test driving the vehicles than actually making the sale. I had called the day before, and asked him a question regarding whether or not any of the 2014 Focuses (Foci?) had the door keypad entry system. He admitted that he was not sure, and ran out to the parking lot and ran through all twenty or so in stock to check for sure. Unfortunately, that seems to be an aftermarket product only (more on that later) I mentioned that I was thinking about stopping by the next day, and he asked a few questions regarding my preferences in color, packages etc. When I showed up to the dealer the next day, he greeted me in the customer lot as I got out of my truck. He had already pulled a model he though I would like, and had it sitting in the shade, ready to test drive. The test drive was very nice. He encouraged me to run the car through its paces and explore all of the functions of the interior. He was very knowledgeable of the product, and took the time to let me play around as well. I mentioned how I loved the vehicle, but the decision to purchase would be in my wife's hands. It was around her lunch time, and Storm encourage me to swing by her on her lunchbreak. He even bought us our Subway. Of course my wife was thrilled, and he let us take it for a spin. Her and I discussed what options we could live with and without, and Storm and I headed back to the dealership. He was able to find the exact car my wife and I had built in our heads on the lot. So, negotiating time. Before we started officially him and I came to a gentlemen's agreement of sorts as to how this would all go down. And true to his word, the negotiation went smooth and quick. He never left me alone for more than 20 seconds to talk to his Sales Manager. None of that "make you sweat while I talk with my sales manager for 20 minutes" stuff that I had walked out on many other dealers during. I had mentioned one thing that was a deal breaker, and he and I were able to meet in the middle. After he helped me clean out my trade in, and talked for a while (very personable guy!) and take a few pictures with my new and old car, I met with Alex. As I mentioned before, I had wanted the keypad on the door for locking and unlocking. Alex said that they didn't have any in stock, but he said he'd look. He managed to dig into a random storage closet for me, and had the last one installed by the service staff in 10 minutes! Since I have made my purchase, I have gotten texts and a few calls from Storm checking in on me! So awesome! Overall, the best car buying experience ever! Fast forward to today. Three days after I purchased the car, I got a pretty good door ding. I brought it in to see what it would run me to have it fixed. I was met by Jay at the door, and he grabbed their guy from Dent Wizard, and had him fix it for me. Whole process took about 25 minutes. I asked how much I owed them for it, and Jay said that even though they don't do this normally, the sales team would pick it up (I think he felt bad for me). I cannot recommend Mike Davidson enough, especially these three gentlemen! More

Amazing Sales Person-Highly Reccomend I went to the dealership planning on purchasing a used car, in fear that I would not be financed for a new car. This was the first new car purchase for me from a dealership ever. Chris Mason was my sales person and he did an amazing job! The process was extremely nerve wrecking for me but he made it easy, relaxing, and stress free. He made sure to listen to all of my wants, needs, and concerns and found me the perfect car in my price range. He worked with me and the dealership on financing to get me into a plan that fit my budget and helped me purchase my dream car. All of the staff there was kind, polite, and took the time to check on us and thank us for our purchase. Not only was that day of shopping easy and pleasant but he took the time to follow up with me by phone and email. When I had a questions about how to work some of the more complicated features he invited me to come back and showed me in person. When I contacted Storm again (after about a month), he immediately provided me with the information I needed to help my wife make a decision. When my wife made the choice, I contacted Storm and he had the vehicle ready for the test drive. The thing I liked the most is we were able to make most of the deal happen before I came in for the test drive down to the price I desired! All that needed to happen was to put the deal to print! I have never had that great of an experience at a dealership; everything went so smoothly. I have recommended Brian to my friends and co-workers looking for new trucks/cars. When I was picking up the truck and did a walk around, there were scratches all through the bed of the truck. These went unnoticed until Brian and I walked around the truck for the final inspection. Brian quickly got management to assist me and resolve the probably immediately by working with me and putting a bed liner in. They were more then willing to work with me and make me satisfied any way they could. In the end I got more then I paid for, this met and went beyond my expectations. My co-worker bought a truck a few weeks before I did from another dealership and I was telling him about my experience with Mike Davidson. He said that he did not receive anything close to the client service that I had received at Mike Davidson.
