I will highly recommend any one looking for a new car/truck to go to Mike Davidson ford, I would recommend asking for Brian Andrews as a sales rep. I have recommended Brian to my friends and co-workers looking for new trucks/cars. When I was picking up the truck and did a walk around, there were scratches all through the bed of the truck. These went unnoticed until Brian and I walked around the truck for the final inspection. Brian quickly got management to assist me and resolve the probably immediately by working with me and putting a bed liner in. They were more then willing to work with me and make me satisfied any way they could. In the end I got more then I paid for, this met and went beyond my expectations. My co-worker bought a truck a few weeks before I did from another dealership and I was telling him about my experience with Mike Davidson. He said that he did not receive anything close to the client service that I had received at Mike Davidson. I gave him Brian's card and let him know to share it with his friends and family as well if they are looking for vehicles. Great dealership! More

I have been buying cars for 30 years and this was one of the most pleasant purchase exper I recently purchased a new Ford F150 at Mike Davidson Ford. I have been buying cars for 30 years and this was one of the most pleasant purchase experiences I have had. The staff at the dealership was thorough and efficient. Coe Kildow was a mechanic in his past and that made it easy for me to relate to him and ask performance questions about the vehicle that he had answers to without having to refer to an owner's manual or ask a technical expert. He is a technical expert about the cars and trucks that he sells. David Betancourt was very efficient in the financing of my new truck. When I returned the vehicle for a minor problem with the door, Mitch Denley personally asked if I was satisfied and wanted to make sure they did it right. The staff at Mike Davidson Ford seems to take pride in service and making sure the customer is happy. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to save themselves the time and start with this dealership. I looked at several other Ford dealerships in the Jacksonville area and Mike Davidson stood by their online price and didn't give my the run around. More

We met Laura Krieger at the dealership late on a Saturday afternoon! She was only to work until 6pm that day (it was already 5:30pm), and she stopped to check on us anyway! Her considerate nature and reassuring mannerisms made us feel extremely comfortable from the moment she said hello. She worked with us for hours (yes, 5 1/2 hours to be exact) to help us not only get the car we wanted, but to be sure it was what we wanted and were able to afford. She has followed up with me after the purchase to see if we enjoyed the car, needed anything (like a lesson on how to use all those buttons) and told us about all the services Ford provides to their customers and how Mike Davidson Ford was in for the long haul, not only the day of purchase. We truly believe that if it was not for her, we would not have had the opportunity to own a new car. She worked (through dinner and late into the evening) to be sure we were taken care of and fed! Her customer service expertise is top notch and I would recommend this dealership and particularly Laura to anyone looking for an amazing experience at a car dealership! More
