I knew what I wanted prior to going to Coggin and Avis asked all of the right questions to get me into a vehicle that met my needs, with a price to fit my budget. Extremely courteous, engaged, and friendly is how I described the interaction. Avis gave me the undivided attention that I expected and exceeded all of my expectations. He followed up the following day to make sure that my new vehicle met my needs and to let me know that if there was anything the I needed I was to contact him directly. "I am not a car salesman, I'm a customer care consultant" was one of his earliest and most memorable statements to me. Quick, fair, and easy buying process. I went to dealership with the approximate amount I was willing to pay for a vehicle. After a bit of back and forth with the negotiating, we were able to find a mutually agreeable number without any of the stereotypical sales pressure that you often encounter at car dealerships. I will continue to (and already have) highly recommended Chris Mason to multiple people looking for a vehicle. The only downfall of the dealership that has NOTHING to do with Chris Mason was the god awful repetitive country music. More
