I initially submitted an internet request to Mike Davidson Ford for their option packages on a 2014 Ford Explorer XLT. I worked with Tobey Yost and Corina Carpenter to determine if Mike Davidson had Davidson Ford for their option packages on a 2014 Ford Explorer XLT. I narrowed it down to three potential vehicles and then went to the dealership. I was greated within moments of walking inside the dealership by the front desk and handed off to Tobey to do a test drive. Tobey showed me all of the Ford Explorers that I wanted to see and took me on a test drive. I love the car and even better Tobey walked me through all the features (included how to back up the big car). Negotiations were not too painful and shortly after my test drive I was working with the financial department signing all of my paperwork and driving away with my new car. The class of service I experienced was amazing. In addition, the quality service I received from Mike Davidson did not end there. I noticed a dent in my car door panel the next day and called Tobey to discuss having it repaired. He coordinated with the service department for me and all I had to do was drop my car off and come and pick it up. The service department even called me to keep me aprised of the status of my vehicle repairs. I was referred to Mike Davidson by my husband and will pass on the referrals after my experience. We were interested in seeing what trucks were available that would meet our construction business needs as well as our personal needs. We hadn't planned on buying a new truck that weekend, but he did a great job in getting us into the price range that we wanted and we couldn't pass it up.
