We called FORD to see if there was anything they would do to help us since the transmission was JUST 5000 miles outside of warranty and FORD flatly said no. When I called Coggin to ask for their help - they indicated that the car - EVEN though it had a service technician's analysis from another dealership - would need to be towed to their dealership for another service fee in order for them to verify that the transmission did indeed need to be repaired/replaced. They were unwilling to assist with FORD corporate and without saying it - told me that my 2 purchases from their dealership meant nothing. I'll never buy another vehicle from Coggin - NOR will I buy another FORD. More

Certified Used WRECKED car sold to us an they do NOTHING! We purchased the vehicle as a "Certified Used Vehicle" and the Ford Collision Shop Manager notices it has been wrecked! We have had this 5 days! and We purchased the vehicle as a "Certified Used Vehicle" and the Ford Collision Shop Manager notices it has been wrecked! We have had this 5 days! and they are giving us the run around. Refusing to let the dealer here in Savannah work on it, and putting us on hol ad giving us the "we'll call you back" routine. I have to take legal action against this dealer to get answers! STAY AWAY! More

Within days of purchase transmission started acting very odd by shifting very hard into gears. Often. Took it to 2 local transmission places and was told the transmission was in need of repairs. Called numerous 4+ times to dealership and was totally put off by both sales and service. After 3 trips back (60 miles one way), to the dealership with problems, they had there expert check it out and nothing wrong. I am 62 and this guy said that it was my imagination or that I haven driven a cat like this before. Nothing done. Insulting. After 2000 miles of ownership I started noticing oil under the car. Lots of oil. Took the car in again and was told that the engine was shot and would have to be replaced, which they did with some type of engine at their expense. Was also told the fuel system was bad and also replaced. Wow. I asked about the transmission issue and again was put off and told it was just fine.. After 1 month I received car back with absolutely no documentation or follow as to what was done. This is bad! So after 100 miles the transmission is even worse. Slams a lot now. Was told when I picked it up it was in great shape. Said with a smile. I felt relieved. Until days later when I ventured out to store during quarantine. Transmission is junk! I guess shows cant trust a sole anymore. This is the worse purchase of my life. I would not recommend this dealership for any type of business. I will take it to a local place and have it repaired after less than 3500 miles of ownership. Shameful! On May 31, I will be notifying all of my available friends, social media and numerous memberships of this transaction and interaction. I will allow 1 month from this response for dealership to respond. As I am both a senior and a retired decorated wartime veteran I thought it would have been different. Nothing matters anymore. More
Did not due what I paid for. I had the works done, oil changed, tires rotated, fluids topped off and general check over. After about 1 hr. they told me my truck was done. When they pulled it up the tires were not rotated, and the window washer tank was almost empty. I was told that my tires did not need to be rotated, . this is after 7000 miles and I believe you are suppose to rotate them every 5000 or 6000 miles. They took it back into shop and rotated tire and filled washer fluid. It makes me wonder if they did anything except change my oil. I will probably go back but I will make sure everything is done. After warranty is up I will find someone else to do Maintenance. More
