This dealership was a "go to" shop - however in the last six years it has gone from "nothing special but honest" to recommended "avoid". I didn't mind being hustled for unnecessary up charges by the servic six years it has gone from "nothing special but honest" to recommended "avoid". I didn't mind being hustled for unnecessary up charges by the service department; but when the service is so substandard that it requires.multiple visits to correct the same problem - and snotty service reps trying to blame the customer for their incompetence - game-over.
