After visiting several other dealerships, we arrived hopeful but cautious. What immediately stood out was the way Kate Smith listened. She took the time to understand the research we had already done and brought out two vehicles that closely matched what we were looking for. We chose one, took it for a test drive, and then sat down to talk numbers—calmly and without pressure. We had taken a screenshot of the online sale price, which Kate happily brought to her manager’s attention. After clearly outlining taxes, dealer fees, and everything involved, she returned with a straightforward quote. My husband and I proposed an out-the-door price, which was accepted—actually $5 less than what we offered. The experience remained just as positive when we moved into financing. Salah, the finance manager, was patient, kind, and transparent, taking the time to answer our questions without rushing us. Even better, he secured us a 4.79% financing rate, which was better than our own bank’s offer—a true win-win. What made this experience stand out most was the consistency. There were no surprises, no pressure, and no last-minute changes. Just honesty, clear communication, and mutual respect throughout the entire process. We currently have only one vehicle, but when the time comes to purchase another, we will absolutely return to Coggin Honda Jacksonville and specifically ask for Kate Smith. Franc is always amazing, he is responsive, goes out of his way to help and does what he says. His manager Amber was also in contact and she was the same, very patient, understanding, and more than willing his way to help and does what he says.
