When I bought the car, I would’ve given them 5 stars for going above and beyond. After the fact, I realized they gave me $1000 less on my trade in than we originally agreed to. I had asked for my old plate going above and beyond. After the fact, I realized they gave me $1000 less on my trade in than we originally agreed to. I had asked for my old plate to be transferred, but because of a miscommunication on the part of the dealership, the submitted to a new plate. I told them I just wanted my plate transferred and they did that. Then I realized I paid $400 for a tag transfer that didn’t happen. It was their fault, but I had to pay for it. After buying 6 cars from Coggin, my family will no longer buy with them. They took advantage of my trust in them. More
