He asked what my ballpark budget was and what kind of car I wanted and when I told him he immediately said “impossible look at something else” in a very rude tone without even asking if I had any wiggle room. We couldn't have been happier with the whole process in purchasing our new Honda CR-VHybrid. Our sales person Levern was wondering. The car itself is great, we're having fun learning what the car does, all the safety features are great, Levern has always been happy to help us in answering our questions about the car.
