I had an issue with a door that I noticed on the day after purchase. The general manager inspected it with me the following day. He realized my disappointment with this door paint issue and the morning after had me into another new civic. No runaround. Just listening to the customer, understanding and addressing the issue. Great people fast in training, Car not prepared well Carpet not installed. . Johny Perez in finance is terrific! Jeff Hunter in sales knows products well. Way too fast a product trainer for me. Everyone from beginning to end was kind, respectful and professional during my lease process for my 2026 HRV. The process was easy and at no time did I feel pressured.
