They kept trying until they found our Mitsubishi Outlander. They bent over backwards to find us a car within our budget. Jay the finance manager was friendly, enjoyed talking while he was working on the paperwork. I give them 5 star reviews for their honesty and their straight forward no nonsense sales strategy. Amazing customer service and car! I am a single woman and have owned 22 cars in my life from Cadillac to Kia. This is my first Honda (Honda CRV) and my first experience at Coggin Honda I am a single woman and have owned 22 cars in my life from Cadillac to Kia. This is my first Honda (Honda CRV) and my first experience at Coggin Honda of Ft Pierce. My experience was so great that I'm a Honda loyalist for life. My salesperson, Phil Seskin, was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. He went over all the details of the car, setup all the tech and even paired my phone! There was not one question he couldn't answer. The finance manager was great too...friendly and knowledgeable. There are no aggressive sales here which I appreciated. Before I left, the manager introduced himself and told me I could call him with any issues. Needless to say, I was impressed. Coggin treated me like I was the most important customer in the world. In a day and age where the average store clerk doesn't even acknowledge your presence in a store, let alone say thank you after a sale, this was a refreshing experience. I wish all businesses could learn from Coggin and conduct themselves with such superior customer service. More

Awesome 1st Buying Experience At the beginning of 2019 my nephew decided that he wanted to purchase his very first new preowned vehicle. He did his studies and found that a Honda w At the beginning of 2019 my nephew decided that he wanted to purchase his very first new preowned vehicle. He did his studies and found that a Honda would be the best fit for him. We went to Goggin Honda of Ft. Pierce and met with a wonderful man names Gabriel. We sat with Gabriel for about an hour and my nephew walked out with his new vehicle waiting for him. No haggling or trying to make my nephew steer towards a different car, he knew what he wanted and he was able to get it. It was the best 1st buying experience that I could ever ask for my nephew to have. Other places could have rolled over on him but not Goggin.
