When we met with the finance person, the great experience continued. Options were explained, but there was no uncomfortable push to buy options. Perfect....Except I dealt with two people, Salesman Bren Cabnero and Finance Manager Damiko Davis. They were both perfect and true professionals! Because I made my de I dealt with two people, Salesman Bren Cabnero and Finance Manager Damiko Davis. They were both perfect and true professionals! Because I made my deal online via emails, had not met anyone there and was dealing with a Sales Manager. The deal made, I made arrangements to meet to take delivery on the car at 10:00AM. On arrival, I was told the Sales Maanager I was to meet with was “in a meeting.” Just short off an hour later, the Sales Maanager introduced me to Bren, who was a consummate professional, as was Damiko. I was not, However appreciative of having to cool my heals for nearly an hour. At least they had WiFi. The vehicle was exactly as expected, having been through a back and forthk about the vehicle they quoted and the vehicle I wanted; two different cars with different sets off options. Once this was straightened out, it was a pleasure to do do business with two true gentlemen. More
