I love the Fort Pierce Honda Dealership! I have only had a few bad experiences, but each time they've occurred management was right there to straighten it all out. Lauren totally turned my car shopping day around. It started at another dealer and I felt that it was going to be the worst day ever but Lauren really relaxed me and gave me the space to breath. She didn't pressure me into something that I could not afford. The guy at the OTHER dealer told me that I was looking for something that did nto exist and I had to take my blinders off but I found it right away at Honda. Thanks for a great experience. More

This dealership is the only one locally that has a certified Tachnician that's knowledgeable of conversion handicap vans. We drive from Stuart for service because we had a bad experience with the Stua certified Tachnician that's knowledgeable of conversion handicap vans. I had been to four dealerships before coming to Coggin Honda, all of them were Kia and Hyundai dealerships, from Vero to West Palm. Almost all of the dealerships had made me less likely to purchase the ve Honda, all of them were Kia and Hyundai dealerships, from Vero to West Palm. Almost all of the dealerships had made me less likely to purchase the vehicle I had come to the dealership to test-drive just by their attitudes and how they treated me. Not at Coggin Honda; Linda was extremely helpful from my first phone call to delivery. She kindly went over my needs and was patient while I did my research as this was my first time buying a car. I finally chose the 2012 Honda Civic LX and I couldn't be happier. They made the whole experience very easy and stress-free. I will recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car! I took my car in for a timing belt replacement and was told it was going to be about $700 which included the water pump. I also asked could there be additional charges and was told maybe, but unlikely the told it was going to be about $700 which included the water pump. I also asked could there be additional charges and was told maybe, but unlikely the tensioner would need to be changed which is $165. We decided to go ahead with it. I received a call hours later that additional items needed replacement which would total about $1400 (double the original price). We decided not to go ahead with it since we could not afford it now since we have 3 children and another one on the way. I was told that I basically had to get it done because the car was taken apart and could not be put back without performing the job. I told them I had gotten estimates from other mechanics that had included the additional items and were alot less expensive than Honda's. I was told they would be honored. When I went to get the car, excuses were made to NOT take the estimates. I was very disappointed on how this was all handled by Honda. I purchased my car cash from Honda and after all the ordeal with using them, I will never buy a car from them or use their service department again. If this is how they treat their customers, I don't need the hassle. More

After another dealers service department was too busy to assist me with the purchase of four new tires i went to Coggin Honda. My service advisor Cheryl Stottlemire was great. Cheryl's attitude and manneri assist me with the purchase of four new tires i went to Coggin Honda. My service advisor Cheryl Stottlemire was great. Cheryl's attitude and mannerisms are excellent. She keeps you up to date on what's going on and suggests only needed servicing, for example an alignment. Not to mention she lets you know that your business is important. The price I received was also great, it was lower than 2 competitors. When it came time to pay for my car the service department had already closed so the receptionist finalized the transaction. Stephanie was equally as kind as Cheryl was to me. I will certainly return when I need servicing on one of my cars in the future. More
