After another dealers service department was too busy to assist me with the purchase of four new tires i went to Coggin Honda. My service advisor Cheryl Stottlemire was great. Cheryl's attitude and manneri assist me with the purchase of four new tires i went to Coggin Honda. My service advisor Cheryl Stottlemire was great. Cheryl's attitude and mannerisms are excellent. She keeps you up to date on what's going on and suggests only needed servicing, for example an alignment. Not to mention she lets you know that your business is important. The price I received was also great, it was lower than 2 competitors. When it came time to pay for my car the service department had already closed so the receptionist finalized the transaction. Stephanie was equally as kind as Cheryl was to me. I will certainly return when I need servicing on one of my cars in the future. More
Went to dealership because check light came on while on vacation. The minute we pulled up a wonderful friendly woman greeted us. Excellent service and some of the friendliest people I have ever met. We hugged Rick Ellis our service administrator AND Richard the service man who diagnosed the problem. More
From the moment we walked on the lot and was approached by Bren, the feeling that a new lease was coming. He took his time and explained everything to my wife in a clear and concise order. He convIced us that the Accord is the way to go as he deduced from our needs. Ricardo took over negotiations. He understood that I didn't want an immediate credit check until we came to s price. I was worried about monthly payments but car value. As I requested I was given the tissue price and we went from there. The calculation with no money down and a trade in that still had 8 months to go on a lease. The offer I looked at was totally acceptable and I am sure there was room to negotiate, but I'm not greedy and was treated with respect so I just said "fine". No back and firths. Just men creating a deal between other men. Great job!!! More

Had another awesome experience at Coggin Honda. I had a recall issue that was resolved in less time that was promised + they were able to correct another problem I mentioned in less time as well. Cheryl is a class act. She is very helpful and actually it was not until I spoke with her when I had my 2002 Honda Civic SI in for service about a month ago did I find out the management has change at Cogg it was not until I spoke with her when I had my 2002 Honda Civic SI in for service about a month ago did I find out the management has change at Coggin. We had a bad experience back in 2008 in the sales department and hadn't bought another car from Coggin until I just recently. Her description of how the new owner won't put nothing on his lot unless it is a certified car was helpful information. We actually ended up buying a brand new Honda instead of a used car. When I had my 2002 Honda Civic SI in for service, she took great care in contacting me with other issues found on my car and was very descriptive in what it would cost and when it would be ready. All on time and to the penny. We then dropped my wifes 1998 Honda off for repairs just last week and she actually put the mechanic on the phone to go over the issues with it. I thought that was great as you can get the exact diagnosis from the person who was actually doing the work on the car. I would recommend anyone to use Coggins Service department. It is top shelf. If they are not paying Cheryl enough, they should because we will always come back because of her thorough job from begining to end of the whole service experience. No one likes to bring there cars in for serive, but if they have to bring it in, they should take it to Coggin Honda. The waiting area is 2nd to none and the people at Coggin Honda are all top shelf.
