I was greeted by Paul Guerrero, a sales specialist, who had a smile as soon as I walked into the dealership on July 20th. I told him that I didn't like to play games and hated haggling. He had all the patience in the world while I debated over colors, etc. He then went to Terry Gilmore, the general sales manager, and he too came to talk to me. Both of these employees were very friendly and a credit to the business. Today, July 23, I went back and bought one of the cars I drove on Monday. I found out later that both Paul and Terry came in on their day off just to help me with the car.
