This review is only for the Finance area of the dealership. In July 2025, we leased a 2025 CR-V Hybrid Sport. The process of finalizing the deal took an exhausting 3.5 weeks, required three visi dealership. In July 2025, we leased a 2025 CR-V Hybrid Sport. The process of finalizing the deal took an exhausting 3.5 weeks, required three visits to the dealership, involved numerous back-and-forth text messages, unanswered emails, and an extremely rude Finance Director. We wasted over eight hours (half of that time just sitting in the showroom) due to a poorly handled lease processing. It was a nightmare, marked by a lack of customer service and completely unprofessional behavior from the Finance department, particularly from the Finance Director, Jacques Malfi. He accused us of taking "his" $39,000 car off "his" lot and claimed that, effective immediately, he was going to pause the registration process, meaning we would be driving the vehicle illegally. In the end, it turned out the mistake was entirely on his end as Dwight (Finance) forgot to file the information that had been previously shared. I wish I could separate my review by department, because I’ve had positive experiences with other areas (Services and Sales), and employees at this dealership. Unfortunately, the attitude and actions of this one individual overshadowed all the good. More
