Both of the service people I worked with were extremely helpful, answered all my questions and were even patient with me when I would call my cousin for help because he was unable to be with me. The salesmen, Nelson and Harry were great and were very helpful in every way. I bought Honda Pilot and they were able to get the car to the dealership after negotiations very quickly. Our 2003 van was in for a factory recall. We have owned it since new. WE have had "difficulties" with Coggin Honda in the past 3-4 years, before that they were VERY honest and respectable. Not so in our op it since new. WE have had "difficulties" with Coggin Honda in the past 3-4 years, before that they were VERY honest and respectable. Not so in our opinion any more. It feels like everyones paycheck get a commission on any service performed. Our van came back showing "replace battery" there was even a paper showing the test machine said that it was true. The paper tape also said the battery was rated @ 750CCA, it was not it is rated at 700CCA. The teck inputed the wrong battery information, causing the meter to show that the battery needed to be replaced, (the battery is 13 months old). For those who don't know what CCA is, its cold cranking amps, the amount of power that a battery can be expected to produce at a specific temperature. Just a mistake or a outright attempt to get more income? I know what I think it was. Beware of Coggin Honda. More
